You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others. You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. You are responsible for all content you create and share through our platform.
Prohibited Activities
You may not: use our services for illegal purposes; upload malicious content or malware; attempt to hack or disrupt our services; scrape or collect user data; resell or redistribute our services without permission; create accounts using automated methods; or harass other users or our team.
Intellectual Property
Your resume content remains your property. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide the service. Our templates, designs, and platform code are proprietary and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials.
Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of your billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if you're unsatisfied. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
Limitation of Liability
CV Ninja is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months. We do not guarantee job placement or interview success.
